The Down River Roller Rasp is a handy companion for your PVC and Hypalon boat repairs, patches, or bike tire tubes.
The rasp side of this tool is used to roughen up the material with a curved end for those small section repairs. Once the glue is applied, the ribbed roller on the other end is used to get rid of air bubbles and form a strong adhesive bond.
